The goal is to realize what is no longer serving you and to set new intentions for where you want to be.

This 4-week Mindset Cleanse is a self-study virtual training program that uses Yoga postures to experience the way you engage (see), explore (do), and embody (be) your life.
How you think, feel, and behave on the mat, is how you think, feel, behave in your life. Yoga experience is not required.
