Group Sessions
8 weeks, online, one hour a week.

Work With Me
you are how you choose to be
The purpose of behaviour is to help us to maintain balance. When our behaviour is not aligned with how we want to feel, that is a sign that something needs to change.
In life, it is common to escape discomfort because it feels bad, but it is in the avoidance of pain, that we continue to limit our growth.
When dealing with emotions, there are two factors that keep us from feeling balanced: our sensitivities and our expectations.
In group strategy sessions, I will lead everyone through weekly explorations of 7 sensitivites and the related expectations that may be causing an imbalance in your life.
We will explore these sensitivites, understand where they may be coming from, and take actions to try and balance the expectation.
“at the root of behaviour we are trying to find balance”

I felt a connection with Tracey the first time we met, sensing her ability to bring out the best in people, and decided almost immediately to work with her. After completing the 21-day program and working with the Life Balance Coaching Program, I am finding my voice and my inner strength. I am still a work in progress but my confidence in myself is a direct result of Tracey’s compassion and knowledge as a mentor. She has a particular instinct for helping people and I would highly recommend Tracey to anyone looking for support to make changes in their lifestyle. ~ Terry Hutchison
