I Shift, is an online intention setting practice utilizing basic yoga postures to choose your experience daily.
With practice, we can choose who we want to be in the world opposed to who we think we should be.
For 21 days, we use yoga postures to realize our perspective, and in turn, manage our thoughts, one intention at a time.
Yoga experience is not required, everything you need to learn a new way of being, is already within you.

I’m Tracey McDonald, I am a Joyful Life Strategist.
