I Move, is an online intention setting practice to realize your automatic thoughts, feelings, and actions. 

With awareness of where we are at, we can choose who we want to be in the world opposed to who we think we should be. 

For 21 days, we use yoga postures to observe our perspective, and in turn, manage our choices, one intention at a time.  

Yoga experience is not required, everything you need to choose a new way of being, is already within you.

I’m Tracey McDonald, I am a Yoga Counsellor.

I believe that our life stories create an opportunity for us to engage where we are at, to explore what our options are, and to embody who we choose to be in life.

I believe that when we can see ourselves in the world, empowerment is possible.

My passion is in helping you to reduce overwhelm, stress, and attachment in your life, so you can learn to live as your authentic self.

And, that is why I created the “I Shift, 21-Day Intention Setting Practice”.
