As a Yoga Counsellor, I help you engage where you are at, explore what your options are, and embody who you choose to be.
With one-on-one Yoga counselling, you lead the way. Every person’s experience is unique and therefore their plan will be too.

- Connect with me for a complimentary Discovery call (30minutes online) to assess where you are at and how we can work together.
- If one-on-one yoga counselling are a good fit for you, I will email you registration and assessment forms, as well as details to access our online call. Forms are to be filled out online prior to our first call.
- Regular sessions are 60 minutes online.
- Each session, we will discuss where you are at, what your options, and who you choose to be.
- You set your intention and goals for the week.
- One-on-one yoga counselling are support for lifestyle changes, stress managment and personal development. If you need additional support to move through a trauma that may be holding you back, I am happy to suggest some wonderful therapists for you.
